Finding Your Peace

REVIEWS

A beautifully written book, interspersed with poetry, that is a must-read. Cruz's prose is lyrical and moving. I was fortunate enough to receive an advanced copy, and cannot wait for the rest of the world to be able to read this gem. Haunting and memorable.

One of the most raw and powerful books I’ve ever read. Very quick read, I love the way it is written from the two girls’ perspectives. It is a truly intimate look into how strong of survivors people are and has a strong message of hope! I strongly recommend this book!!

I started to read my dear friends (Eileen Cruz) book yesterday. I've known her since middle school and for those who know her, Irene has a smile that lights up a room. She's kind, gentle and funny. I want to say I AM so proud of her for sharing her truth. I literally just completed reading her book and was blessed in more ways I can express. I highly recommend it. <3
